The task manager in OrgCenter is truly comprehensive and allows you to organize your day “more efficiently than with any other product,” according to a former Goldmine customer.
To accommodate a busy sales environment, you can create a task at any time and quickly return to the previous screen where you were working. When creating a task you receive immediate information about tasks already planned for that day in a graphical presentation, allowing you to distribute your workload and plan your day accordingly.
When creating a task from within a project, the task is automatically indexed to allow quick access to the project from within the task display. Tasks can be presented in a Day, Week or Month format and moved easily to another day or time with a single mouse click. You can always get back to the current day’s tasks by clicking a button on the Graphical User Interface.
In addition to regular tasks, tasks can be created from within the technical support help desk manager relating to a specific technical issue, the project manager for a specific project or the lead manager for a particular sales lead.
