OrgCenter Features - Lead Manager



 

The lead manager in OrgCenter is truly comprehensive and allows you to organise your sales leads more efficient. Three main lead containers are used to efficiently qualify and handle sales leads.

Unqualified leads can be entered automatically from the feedback function of your web site, manually or imported from external databases. The address and contact information of a lead can be moved to the contact manager with a single button press.

When qualifying a lead a decision can be made to abandon, by putting the lead in the dead lead container, or making the lead active by putting the lead into the active lead container and associating a handler with the lead. The lead will automatically show in the handlers active lead list to be acted upon.

Extensive qualifiers allow building lists of the lead information following your criteria.

When creating a task from within a Lead the Task is automatically indexed to allow quick acces to the Lead from within the task display.
